GAPS Diet dessert, inspired by a few recipes combined to make this delicious dish!!! As we move on to stage 6 of the Intro diet, we’re all thrilled at the amount of awesome dishes we’ve had and more to come! This crust is made of 2 1/2 cups almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 3 flax eggs and dates. Then I’ve added 4 cut up apples with juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp cinnamon and strawberries !! With this crust recipe, you can add dried fruit to sweeten the crust or raw honey if you prefer. You can decide what is best for you and your family, and enjoy playing around with the ingredients! Bake at 325F for approximately 45-50 minutes.
