Hi! Let me introduce myself! I am Cynthia Jan and I am extremely passionate about natural health! I am a Naturopath Practitioner, Certified Holistic Food Practitioner and have been practicing since 2017. I am also very close to being a Certified Trauma Coach. Like most people in the alternative medicine world, I turned to natural nutrition to help my loved ones and myself. My passion for natural health started over a decade ago when my mother was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. But my curiosity deepened after having my children. My youngest had gastrointestinal issues, anxiety and severe eczema. After two decades on the work force, I left the corporate HR world to follow my true passion and work on helping my daughter and many others work through her issues.

I am passionate about healthy living and I very much look forward to sharing nutrition, mindset and lifestyle tips with you! Healthy eating, a positive lifestyle and a peaceful mind are truly key to preventing disease and enjoying what life has to offer! I offer one-on-one sessions and customized health plans, meeting with clients online.
